Our Fair Pet Policy

Cat lovers rejoice: Cats are allowed at our community! Those of you who wish to own other small animals like hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, or reptiles are also welcome, so long as you keep your pet caged and in a sanitary condition. There is a max weight limit of 50 pounds that may not be exceeded, and all additional pets must be approved by management. We also have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits.
